What's Happening...

Lots of little things going on...lost a sapphire from my wedding set yesterday. Almost 13 years, and a stone is GONE :( Taking it in on Wednesday to see about getting it fixed. For now I'm just wearing my engagement ring because the prong from where the stone fell out is catching on the inside of my pinkie finger. Ow. Looks totally weird though, like it isn't really my hand.

Had lunch with Gramps and Gram today. Awesome. So nice. It was great to talk and not have to referee kids and stop my conversation. It's hard, now that there are kids, we seldom get to talk without them. So lunch was perfect. We all laughed, I love my grandpa's sense of humor, and we still go right back and forth with each other after all these years. He was definitely one of my biggest "sarcastic humor" influences :) And Gram. She's terrific. Again, just loved the TALKING!!!

Zach is turning 7 on Saturday. Holy smokes. How did that happen? WHEN did that happen? Doesn't even seem possible. He is growing into such a little man. Adorable. Celebrating at the campground with cake. Nothing fancy, but that is my Zach :)
