Twenty Three More Nights...

Yep, twenty-three more nights of non-stop baseball games :) Survived the first one though! I went home at lunch today and packed up a cooler with sandwiches, chips, brownies, etc. to have for dinner and we ate at the ball game - I've seen Kristin use this technique for feeding the brood, and it works! Cory played catcher and second base. Funny story of the night though, I went and put a bunch of the kids stuff back in the truck, and stood way out so that I could see better and took pictures of Cory catching. Unfortunately, after about 10 pictures, I realized it wasn't Cory, but Jeremy, the coaches son. Um, duh Beth, your kid is out there playing second base! I laughed OUT LOUD, and I was standing all by myself :)

The cooler approach is the only way to survive our schedules...and not gain 1,000 pounds. I can't tell you how many times I have fallen for that mistaken idenity thing. They all look the same in a uniform?! LOL
