I attended a scrapping weekend in March, but thanks to breast-feeding baby only got--um, 2?--layouts done the whole weekend. (I think he was teething, too. Lots of crankiness and baby-holding, not too much scrapping.)

You should post layouts every time you finish them. (Unless, of course, you are keeping them to enter a contest! Tee hee!)

My favourite is "My Excursion"--especially the photo on there.
