Yesterday...
I ended up taking the afternoon off yesterday. At first I was thinking, "Oh, is it really worth spending a half day of vacation?", but when I got home, Cory and Brad were here, and had been helping Kyle clean out the garage. Kyle was meeting Scott Hutchins for lunch, so he wasn't going to be home for a bit. So I told the boys...clean up, and I'll take you out for lunch! They were pretty excited to have it just be the three of us, and so was I. It made my half day of vacation instantly WORTH IT! Afterwards we came home and I cleaned downstairs and they worked some more in the garage.
Last night Brad had his first baseball practice. I was thinking that it didn't seem like such a great idea to me...a Friday night during spring break??? We got there, and there were only three kids including Brad that showed up. SURPRISE?!
So instead we stopped at the store for dinner supplies and hung out at home last night.
Today Brad's glasses are ready, so when Kyle gets home from ball I think he's taking him to get them. Brad is super excited...watch for pictures!! Have a great Saturday everyone!!

We can't wait to see the pictures! As for the baseball practice, I'll bet it wasn't a mom that made up the schedule. Should I send Em's last summer tees and shorts (size 6-7) your way? Guess what she did over spring break? Glad you had an afternoon off to spend with the "big" boys (what fun). ssh
We are back! Catching up on the Hamlin fun - wow- all kinds of news.... I wanna see the new Brad...woo whoo...GQ Baby! When is the big Working Wednesday Mom 'getaway'? What fun you ahve had....lunch Monday? We need to catch up! Did our postcards ever make it?
