Noontime Walk

Walked at lunch today with Diane, Roni, and Barb from work. Diane and I kind of paired off ahead because we tend to be fast walkers. Conversation was GREAT, we laughed lots, but my favorite part, other than the obvious being outside in the sunshine, was walking with Diane and pointing out cool architectural details and looking in shop windows. Just a cool time. Something different, enjoyable, and good for ME...yep, ME!! :) Gonna try to do more walking at lunch. Love feeling the sun, the breeze, seeing the green, so good for my brain and my BUTT :) Off to watch the Tigers with Kyle!
