And We're Off...

Yep, baseball starts this week...five nights a week BAAAYYYBBEEEEEEE! Oh boy, should be fun. Cory plays on Monday and Thursday, Brad and Zach play on Tuesday and Friday, and Kyle plays softball on Wednesday. In preparation, I got up early this morning and made a taco casserole and a lasagna for later this week, made muffins for the kids for tomorrow, got a ton of laundry done, and we all headed out the door for Jill and Gary's at about 11.

Had an EXCELLENT time and Jill and Gary's. Made chicken and hot dogs on the grill, explored the barns and land, the kids played with the puppies and on the trampoline. We stayed til close to 4:00, and then headed back home.

Had a great weekend, fairly relaxing, with laundry thrown in :)

Saturday I went shopping for summer clothes for ME! The people in my department all contributed something and I got a Visa gift card for Secretary's Day! I work with the sweetest, coolest people EVER...couldn't be blessed much more in the job department. So I got a couple pair of capris, 6 or so shirts, 3 pairs of sandals, and a pair of summer tennis shoes that slip on and are BRIGHT FREAKIN' ORANGE...not like me at all, but I love 'em! It was nice to get out BY MYSELF for a while too!!

Well, I'm off to deal with a stupid spyware threat on the computer...it won't go away no matter what I try...maybe a hammer or an open window? :) Good night all!!!
