Today is...

My friend Karen's birthday!! Happy Birthday Karen! We went to lunch today with Cindy and Glo who used to work at the general office downtown but now work at the plant. Went to the Granary and had DELICIOUS tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches...it was SO yummy, but I needed a nap afterwards. Monday I'm back on my salad for lunch kick. Anyway, this is the "card" I made for Karen. It's actually 3 coasters from Olive Garden that I altered into a card. They made fun of me last week when we went there for lunch because I wanted to keep their coasters to make something from them. Only a week and it's already done!!
