Glad I Got That Nap...
Nick and Kaila came home from visiting their dad about an hour an a half ago, and Nick cried from the minute he walked in until about 5 minutes ago. Kyle has such a great touch with him, maybe making him feel safe, but whatever it is, it worked. OK, maybe it was sitting on his lap watching the Pistons and giving him wet willies? Kaila just said she missed her dad and "why did her mom have to do that?" :( *** That's me cussing! The pain these two feel, especially Nick, is unbelievable. He was absolutely impossible to console, and cried through his shower too. Pathetic you guys, seriously! Those are the moments I'd like to record just to show Susan and Bobby so that they toe the line for the rest of their lives. Tonight Kaila is sleeping in Zach's bed at the opposite end. I think she wanted to be with everyone else. Well, this post is all over the place, so I'm off to read and watch the game with Kyle. Love to you all...

God bless you, Kyle and the kids. I just hope Susan and Bobby know how LUCKY they are to have the six of you loving Nick and Kaila. ssh
It brings tears to my eyes to think that such little "innocent" children have to go through this kind of pain. Thank God that they have you and Kyle to make everything better! Hopefully everyone can come out of this yucky situation with a little more compassion...I don't know that is the word I'm looking for but...understanding on the importance of protecting our children! Can you imagine how scary this would be without out you guys to make everything OK.
you guys are amazing with them. i'm so thankful for you and Kyle being good examples to them.
How awful for you all. I'm sitting here crying for them. Were they like that when they were with Bob? I wonder if he'll take them again. At this point I wonder who is really being punished-Bobby & Susan or the kids. If people would only think about how EVERYTHING they do affects their children this world would be a whole lot better off! You and Kyle just keep letting them know how much they are loved (that's really all you can do). The scary part of it is how many people you see in the paper now days that have done this same thing that have a family. Think how many children this is going to effect for years to come... how sad!
