Exhaustion Is Setting In!
Whew, what a stinkin' week! TGIF, that is for sure! Finished one of the busiest weeks of work EVER. I handled in some way, probably 20 PowerPoint presentations today at work. Created 3, had to clean up 12, and the rest I just had to transfer to our thumb drive for transport to our sales meeting next week. That was in addition to getting my boss ready for the meeting: copying, finding "gifts" for the Honda tour guides, finalizing counts at the restaurants and giving him contact info, etc. Then on top of all that, I got our shipment of MACSTEEL Titelist golf balls - 13 boxes that each weigh about 40 pounds. So I reiterate, TGIF!
Kyle called me at work today with exciting news on two fronts...first, the district posted the Warner Elementary School principal's position. We have got some debating to do before a decision is made, but at this point we're actually leaning toward him staying where he is. He likes the middle school arena, and within two years, two of our boys will be middle-schoolers (this is where you can hear me GASPING that holy smokes, are we OLD ENOUGH to have two middle-schoolers???). The other exciting news is that he was asked to play in a basketball tournament tonight at Spring Arbor Free Methodist. Being 33 with bad knees doesn't allow for lots of tournament opportunities, but he's been playing weekly and is getting back into shape slowly but surely. So he's off tonight hooping!
Me, worked late, and then I've cleaned downstairs. Boy, was that OUT OF CONTROL. I still need to do the kitchen, but had to take a little break to blog. Tomorrow Brad has his last two basketball tournament games. Jill and I are taking the girls to the circus. I was supposed to take the rest of the kids to a birthday party for Brett and Lindsay, and TOTALLY forgot. So now I am a total loser. I just can't seem to keep everything straight, and unfortunately I am putting things on a calendar. So Tracy, please don't kill me. I am just too overwhelmed to stay on top of everything!
Finally, before I head off...Mom and Rex...HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! I didn't get a chance to work on a card this week, but scout's honor, you will soon be getting a handcrafted card. Much love to you both on your first anniversary! Happy weekend all!!!

I think that the 20 to 1 ratio of things done vs. not is pretty dare good! On some mornings I'm lucky to remember Emily...I think you and Kyle are doing a great job of keeping things under control. Have fun at the circus...I hope Kyle has a good game...you two will make the right decision regarding jobs, you always do. out of space. Love, ssh
My darling daughter, priorities!!! A card is certainly not necessary when your plate is as full as yours!! Thank you for the "Blog Anniversary Wish!" I'll show it to Rex.
Have a wonderful time at the circus and keep smiling! God is taking care of you and your awesome family (extended too!!).
Love you!!
at least you didn't forget to pick up your sister for a trip to the scrap store.
I promise to pick you up myself next time Jill! I would never forget my sister (oh, yeah, don't have one!!!)
You two just won't let it die, will you??? :) I promise I'll never forget her again, geez!
