Calm Day at Work
Well finally a calm day at work. I worked at my own pace. Tackled some stuff that has been piling up because I've been planning a sales meeting for 40+ people in Dublin/Columbus, OH for the last week. Finally, all management is at the meeting, and we peons are getting a well deserved BREAK! Three days of blue jeans, minimal phone calls for me, and hopefully no problems with meeting arrangements!
Tonight the kids played outside for a bit before the weather started changing back to typical March weather! I can not wait for spring to officially get here because the kids are SO much happier when they're able to get outdoors to jump, run, swing, etc. And if they're happy, I'm happy!!
I made these two cards tonight...actually the first is a bookmark type thing that I made for my friend that starts chemo on Thursday. I thought the cheerleader motif would be suitable!! Just want her to know that I'm behind her all the way! The second is for a co-worker of mine that just had her first baby, a girl (obviously by all the pink!!), in her mid-30's.

& glad the kids got outside to run off energy :)
cute cards, i love those primas.
I just want you to know how proud I am to say YOU ARE MY FRIEND! You are always watching out for the people you care about. What a really nice way to show your support.
Awesome cards!and I agree with Kristin...awesome friend!
As always the cards are darling. I'm sure Diane will take hers in her book while she's getting her chemo. I agree with both of the other girls-the only thing more awesome than your cards is your friendship. We are a lucky bunch!!
