We Apologize for the Inconvenience...

Well, after being at Grandma and Grandpa Bunker's (more about that next!) until 9:00 last night, I came home with the kids to a pitch black neighborhood. NO ELECTRICITY...POWER OUTAGE! YUCK! Try getting six kids to go potty and get PJ's on by candlelight! I now know why the people before electricity went to bed when the sun went down - it was too hard to find stuff in the dark!

Anyway, Cory was the only one NOT scared last night. The three boys ended up with the curtain wide open because the people behind us had power, and their mercury light was shining on. The girls ended up on our bedroom floor, and let me just say that DANG can Kaila Sue snore!

By the time the power came back on, it was 58 degrees!!! It came back on about 2:30 AM. Apparently there were power line failures down the street on Ganson. LOVELY! Can I just get a "NORMAL" day please? :)
