Random Thoughts for a Sunday Evening
Today I trimmed 5 sets of fingernails, 5 sets of toenails, and painted 2 sets of each today. Dang that's a lot of fingers :)
Nick snuggled in next to Kyle a few minutes ago, who was watching the Piston's game, and told him that he missed his Dad. Kyle quickly replied, "Nick, you can always sit by me buddy." That's one of the many reasons I love this man :)

I hope they don't fight the toe nail/finger nail trimming as much as Konnor does. It's all I can do to make it through the 1 set.
Kristin, they all do! What the heck? Who wants to be a boy with nasty long fingernails?
And Susan, you're right, Hamlin men do make great dads...their even keel is perfect for fatherhood!
i'm glad Nick & Kaila have both a MOM and DAD figure to look up to in your house =) you guys are awesome!!
As I sat at the Hunt Club tonight, having dinner with ALL 5 of my brothers (a sister-in-law & girlfriend too!), I was asked how your family is doing along with Nick and Kaila, my daughter. I told them you have a home filled with lots of children, but also filled with lots of love. You and Kyle are such good role models for your pack of kids ... you BOTH deserve a "Wonder Woman" medal!!! Snicker, snicker!
