The Last Update from SC

Well, today is our last day in South Carolina. I'm sad our trip is almost over. I have lots to do at home though, and a couple of more holiday celebrations, so it'll be nice to get home too I suppose. The kids have really been great on this trip. They have behaved relatively well, haven't gotten into too much trouble, and have enjoyed the activities we've done.

This morning we got up and went to IHOP, Bradley's favorite breakfast spot. Susan and Emily went with us...we were a group of 8! The kids were all good and everyone left with full bellies. Afterwards we went to the bookstore where Grandma and Grandpa had given each of the kids a gift certificate. The kids took FOREVER to pick out books :)! They were happy with what they had chosen by the time we left though. Hopefully those will come in handy tomorrow on our trip home!

Early this afternoon we all went to Hopeland Gardens, a city garden/park here in Aiken that is one of my favorites. There are tons of great locations for pictures. This is one of my favorites!

Susan has taken the 4 big kids to see the Narnia movie, and Madi is taking a nap. Thought I'd update my blogs quickly this last time before heading home! I'll post again more on Friday!!
