Charlie Brown

Tonight Zach, Madi, and I sat and watched "A Charlie Brown Christmas" and drank hot chocolate out of our Santa mugs...snuggled up on the couch. Then the big boys got home, made their hot chocolate, and joined us for another set of Charlie Brown cartoons. For being an otherwise crazy night, it sure ended up NICE! It was relaxing, everyone filled their tummies with hot chocolate, which the kids loaded up with tons of mini marshmallows, and we got to hang out as a family. Tonight I'm thankful for the few instances in our busy lives when we get to reconnect and forget about all of the outside stuff, and just enjoy the tree and each other.
